Meet Coach Mathis

Drafted by the New York Jets, Mathis made history as the eighth player in NFL history to record a 100-catch season as a rookie. His eight-year NFL career included a standout season with the Atlanta Falcons during their 1998 Super Bowl run, where he recorded 64 catches for 1,136 yards. In 2023, he was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame.
